Gerald “Jerry” Barber – CEO
Mr. Barber has over 30 years of executive management experience, serving as President and CEO of both privately held and large publicly traded companies, including Safeway Stores, Nash Finch, Eagle Food Centers, and Associated Wholesale Grocers. Mr. Barber was responsible for all operating, marketing and financing activities. Mr. Barber had direct management of operations with annual sales in excess of $1.5 billion.
David Bosko – CFO
Mr. Bosko is an executive with over 30 years accounting, financial, and administrative experience. He started his career as a senior auditor with Touche Ross & Co from 1978 to 1982. For the past twenty years, Mr. Bosko has held senior executive financial positions for various small and medium sized companies in the process of start-up or reorganization.
Scott Miller – COO, COB
Mr. Miller is an executive with experience in turnaround, start-up, and healthcare asset management. He has been with GLBH for the past five years. Prior to GLBH, he was President of Sales for General Asset Recover for 8 years, President of Business Development for Neoforma.com (raised $500 million in IPO) for 6 years, President of MedOne Source (healthcare consulting companies) for 8 years and CFO for Pinion Properties (with University of Southern Mississippi) for 2 years.
Ormand Hunter – Vice Chairman, Leadership Council Director
Mr. Hunter has been a serial entrepreneur since 1978, specializing in real estate projects. Mr. Hunter has run a Build/Design firm and has developed several mixed use real estate projects in Florida and Georgia. As a developer, he is adept at feasibility studies, market analysis, land acquisition, and development. Mr. Hunter’s ability to recognize early market trends and isolate opportunities is invaluable to our team. He has been a part of GLBH since Feb. 2013, when he accepted the position as CEO of the corporation.
